Gayle Allen Ed.D., MBA
Gayle Allen is a founder and C-Suite executive with over a decade of experience coaching high-performing leaders.
An author, keynote speaker and recognized leader in the field of human development, she focuses on the unique leadership challenges faced by venture- backed, fast-growth startups.
Gayle is committed to co-creating diverse, equitable and inclusive workplaces. Her human development expertise enables Gayle to form close, supportive relationships that challenge people to excel.
Gayle holds a doctorate from Columbia University and an MBA from MIT.
Rob Mancabelli, MA, MBA
Rob Mancabelli is a founder and an experienced executive who has coached successful leaders for over 10 years.
Rob was the co-founder and CEO of BrightBytes, a San Francisco based SAAS data analytics startup. He co-designed BrightBytes’ platform, which received over two-dozen awards for design and impact.
Prior to BrightBytes, his path to the C-Suite included both technical and GTM roles. He earned his MBA from MIT.
Rob brings out the best in his clients. His easygoing style establishes trust quickly, making it possible to swiftly identify and address difficult challenges.
